Called them for a dryer repair. Came out the next day, quickly diagnosed, ordered the part and came back in good time. Friendly and efficient! They do charge a $75 service fee to come out but that's a lot better than others charging $125. Definitely recommend!
They were very timely, advised 30 minutes out. Came in, fixed the problem and left everything just as it was when he arrived. This was the 1st time I used them and I will keep them in my phone for future needs.

I called sometime after 11 am and spoke with a lovely woman. She listen to my issue, dead dryer, 2 loads of laundry and very little time off. Jon showed up shortly before 2 and explained what he found, broken lock on dryer door. He fixed the problem quickly. We chatted about my older Kenmore washer and dryer and he checked the washer. He showed me how the agitator wasn't working. He ran out to his truck and got a couple small pieces and fixed that as well. I couldn't have been happier with my decision to go with Bidwell. Thank you Jon for such good service and will absolutely be calling him for problems with any other appliances!!
Initially spoke with April who set up appointment for a microwave repair. Very pleasant and polite. John came out and identified the problem. Had to order parts and April kept us informed. John returned and completed the repair. Super nice, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Bidwell appliance repair and will absolutely use them in the future. Thank you
